High School Team Fee And Player Agreement
The 2026 Spring/Summer Season Details:
We are offering two different team fee options for the upcoming season that are listed below. Prices include additional processing fee for payments made through our website via PayPal.
15u, 16u, 17u Option 1: PROGRAM - MANAGED Travel – $6,218; Includes all travel-related expenses for both players and coaches, covering flights, hotel accommodations, event entry fees, gym rentals, uniforms, and van rentals. To avoid additional processing fees, payments can be made via check in the amount of $6,000.

15u, 16u, 17u Option 1: Program - Managed Travel - $6,218;
One Installment: $6,218 (Due: March 17th)
Two Installments: $3,109 (Due: March 17th & April 1st)
Three Installments: $2,073 (Due: March 17th, April 1st & May 1st)
15u, 16u, 17u Option 2: Parent - Managed Travel – $3,983; Includes coaches travel expenses, event entry fees, gym rentals, uniforms, and van rentals. However, it does not cover player travel, allowing parents to book their players flights and accommodations independently, utilizing air miles or reward points. To avoid additional processing fees, payments can be made via check in the amount of $3,800.

One Installments: $3,983 (Due: March 17th)
Two Installments: $1,970 (Due: March 17th & April 1st)
Three Installments: $1,314 deposit (Due: March 17th, April 1st & May 1st)

Paying with PayPal versus Personal Check: If you choose to make payments online via our website/PayPal, please note that a processing/tax fee will be added to the total cost. We also accept check payments made payable to Team Dean. (Mailing address below)

The 2026 Spring/Summer Season is from March through July. The fee will include local tournaments, practices/trainings, uniform and backpack. Costs for all travel tournaments are not included in the team fee and will be an additional cost. No refunds for team fee unless we do not have at least 8 players for a team.
Note: PAYENTS ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Directors and staff hold right to make exceptions to refund policy.
