To begin registration, please complete the player agreement form below.
The 2026 Fall Season will run from September through November. The Team fee will include local tournaments, practices/trainings, and uniforms. Costs for all travel tournaments are NOT INCLUDED in the team fee and will require an additional payment.

Please Note: All payments are final and non refundable. Washington Supreme Directors and staff reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy at their sole discretion.
