Middle School Team Fee And Player Agreement
The 2026 Spring/Summer Season Details:
We are offering three different payment options for the upcoming season that are listed below. Prices include additional processing fee for payments made through our website via PayPal.
Payment Options:
- Online Payment Breakdown via PayPal
One Installment: $2,695 (Due: March 15th)
Two Installments: $1,398 (Due: March 15th and April 1st)
Three Installments: $932 (Due: March 15th, April 1st & May 1st)
- Check Payment Breakdown (No processing fees)
One Installment: $2,600 (Due March 15th)
Two Installment: $1,300 (Due March 15th & April 1st)
Three Installments: $867 (Due March 15th, April 1st & May 1st
Paying with PayPal versus Personal Check: If you choose to make payments online via our website/PayPal, please note that a processing/tax fee will be added to the total cost. We also accept check payments made payable to Team Dean. (Mailing Address)

The 2026 Spring/Summer Season is from March through July. The Team Tee will include local tournaments, practices/trainings, uniform and backpack. Costs for all travel tournaments are NOT INCLUDED in the team fee and will be an additional cost.
Note: PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Directors and staff hold right to make exceptions to refund policy.
